My students can not access the quiz in the module or under the assignment section. The quiz is listed but it is grayed out but just lightly. I have checked all of my inputs and they seem to be right.

In order to help you, can you please share some screenshots with us showing the settings for the quiz?
You might also want to consider reaching out to your Canvas team or (if available to you) Canvas Support directly.

Also, for your modules, are you by chance using requirements or prerequistes?
