Is it feasible for an assignment to be a group assignment where the groups are created by the students? Example - a homework assignment where students may work in groups of 1,2,3 or 4 people.

Hi @AngelaKarash,
I came across this unanswered question while doing a cleanup of the community.
In order to use groups for assignments, you as the teacher do need to create the group set and group structure of the sets using the self-signup option, while allow students to pict the group they want to join at that point.
