Total Column in Gradebook showing Letters

Hello All,
I have a course showing the total column in the gradebook with the score percentage and the letter grade. The faculty member wants just the percentage showing and not the letter. It used to be that one can just select the total column and change the view by selecting the vertical dots and the option to change the view was there, but my institution no longer has that option. Any ideas on how to change the total column view because I can't seem to figure it out.

By chance, does the instructor have a grading scheme enabled in the course? That would show letter grades if it was the case.
