Trouble shooting

Im having, issues viewing my profile on the left side of the tool bar on my artcenter.instructure account. 

I am able to get onto the page via link through my school student account, however no profile shows up and I am unable to submit home work. I have attached a screen shot of what my issue looks like.

Thank you @ErronEstrada for including those screenshots. The first thing I do in situations like this is try another browser, as there might be some caching or cookie confusion within your initial browser. Sometimes a page that won't load at all for me on Google Chrome will work fine on Mozilla Firefox.

If that does not work, let your instructor know and then contact the ArtCenter help desk. They will appreciate hearing directly from their users.
