I apply these colors for my modules and they reflect on the page, but when I refresh the page they change to another color, why?:(
Original | #92DA99 | #98E59E | #E4E157 | #FFCE22 | #BEB8E9 |
Canvas Change | #77752e | #507852 | #77752e | #856c12 | #75718f |

Edit Solution found: High Contrast UI setting was activated and that "toned" the colors down. When turned off the colors setting stays.
@chriscas Thank you for helping me on this 🙂
Hi @Zrackkk,
I'm slightly confused by the terminology you're using. A module in Canvas wouldn't really have a corresponding color anywhere in Canvas that I am familiar with. When you say module, are you perhaps referring to color of the course cards on your dashboard? Please share more details if you can to help us answer your question; a screenshot would be super helpful!
-Chris
@chriscas yes, apologies for the confusion. I am refering to the dashboard. The course cards would not allow me to"lock in" the colors. It keeps changing my color to be "muter" after refreshing.'
Hi @Zrackkk,
Thanks for the screenshots. I have a followup question for you... Do you happen to use one of the Canvas apps (for iOS or Android), and if so, do you use dark mode there? The adjusted colors on your "after" screenshot look very similar to what I see from using Dark Mode on the apps, so I'm wondering if that may be playing into this in the background without you realizing it at all.
-Chris
The screenshot was from my PC. I do use dark mode on my phone and tablet, but even after switching the dark mode off, it still would not save my Hex colors
