Uploading a document into an assignment.

I am having difficulty uploading a document into an assignment. When I upload the document, it appears as PDF file instead of icon being red it is gray but there is a green box with a check in it. I hit the submit area, it says "try again". Why is this happening? Can you please help me?

I even tried using a different computer but it would not let me sign in to canvas, said my password was incorrect. However that is the same password I sign in to the UNA portal. It is correct.

Some of my students had difficulties submitting their assignments, and the problem was that they had not clicked on the box verifying that they had submitted their own work, If your instructor has set up Turnitin, which is a plagiarism checker, than you must check this box.
