This one might be a bit tough to diagnose here in the Community because we cannot see your screen and do not have access to your school's Canvas environment or your course(s). However, there are some general things to try:
- Make sure you are using an up-to-date browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
- Clear your browser's history/cache.
- Restart your computer
If none of those things work, I would suggest that you reach out to the Canvas Help Desk staff so that they can help troubleshoot this issue with you. How to contact Canvas Support Then, if you could, please come back to this thread to provide an update for us so we know what the solution was.
