As far as I know, neither the Canvas RCE nor Canvas Studio currently offer the ability to blue or replace the background. I'm not sure if your post was a question or if it was meant to be a feature request. if you meant to request that such a feature be added to Canvas or Canvas studio, you can submit that request to the ideas area of the community.

Just for clarity, I am not an Instructure employee, I'm actually a Canvas administrator for a higher-ed institution. I help people out in the community when I can, but I don't really have any influence at all on product.engineering decisions.
The same advice I gave originally would still apply: If you'd like such a feature be added to Canvas or Canvas Studio, you can submit that request to the ideas area of the community. There is no guarantee Instructure will select a specific idea for development, but that process if the bets way to at least get the request in front of the right team.
