WebEx loaded a new app this week and I am unable to clear previous scheduled meetings from the Canvas class. My students cannot get to our live class and I thought I would just erase/delete the old scheduled class meetings and enter a new one, but no. I cannot do it. If I go to the WebEx site, it is clear but not clear on WebEx Canvas.
How do I fix this? I get a message that says that Canvas cannot communicate with my LMS ? The college controls LMS. I can't open it or authorize it.

That is really odd that your previous meetings cannot be cleared from the course. Were the meetings imported from a previous course?
For these two issues it honestly might be best to have your institution's Canvas admin or IT Helpdesk take a look at the issue you are experiencing there. Did your institution add a new webex integration to your Canvas courses?
