Weird behavior with multiple attempt scoring.

A student just emailed me that her gradebook shows a 0% for her grade on a New Quiz. Using the Canvas Teacher app I open her submission and shows an attempt with no answers that timed out. However, when I go into Moderate, I can see she did a 2nd attempt and earned a 100%. The settings are to use the highest score, so not sure why this happened and no one else has had this issue on this assignment. I decided to use the Fudge Points on the 0% attempt and turned it into a 100%. Now here’s the kicker, once I did that, I went back to the Canvas Teacher app and when I loaded her attempt like before, it then showed her 2nd attempt where she earned a 100%!
