What is this microphone icon next to the Module titles?

What is the function of the microphone icon that has appeared to the left of the module titles/headings? I am an admin and it appears to have just shown up recently. The icon is also present in student view. I cannot find any reference to it in the most recent release notes. Clicking on the icon itself only appears to expand and condense the module itself on the page.

It sounds like you have ReadSpeaker installed in your Canvas account. They use a small speaker icon like that. Does someone else have admin access to your account to have loaded this LTI? Too many schools are also using IT folks to admin their account.
Otherwise, I can only suggest submitting a support ticket.
