What to do when you have a toxic relationship with customer success manager

Hey all,

 

I will keep this succinct. I sent my customer success manager a message on linkedin begging for help about a serious problem. She ignored this and I guess interpreted it as threatening and attempted to use the message against me and harm my job. She also attempted to antagonize me in future emails regarding the issue--I'm not being paranoid, my supervisor verified that it was an attempt at antagonization.

I'm feeling very alone and betrayed and am wondering if anyone has faced a similar issue and how you dealt with it. Is there somewhere I can complain? It's the most cruel thing anyone has done to me professionally and I'm not sure where to turn. I connected with a number of executives during the last instructurecon and I'm wondering if maybe I should take the problem up with them?
