Where to create Data Stream?

According to the documentation, it says '

1. Click on +ADD button to launch a new subscription form

But where to find the +ADD button?

Data Streaming is located in the root account setting (E.g. /accounts/1) under "Data Services". If this menu is not available, you can enable it by following the instructions here: https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Admin-Guide/How-do-I-install-Canvas-Data-Services-in-my-account/t...
