Why are not all my students' assignments syncing to PowerSchool from Canvas?

I have assignments in PowerSchool that only 4 of my 21 students' grades synced from Canvas. I have checked the categories, due date, name of the assignment, and made sure the sync was toggled on.

Have you tried a "remaster grade passback"?  Sometimes when grades are sticky or don't want to sync, this solution does the trick.  

Go to GRADE SYNC in the navigation links, choose the setting tab, and select the "remaster grade passback" option.
