I'm the product manager for BigBlueButton.  While I work at Blindside Networks (the company that provides hosting for BigBlueButton for Instructure), and can't speak on behalf of Instructure, I can help.

Is this happening persistently, or intermittently.  Are you able to load BigBlueButton at

Ok on my computer it is just a blue screen with nothing on it. At school it works on their computers. So, Ido not know what is going on.

Oh and yes it is all the time on my computer. I do most of my big blue button on my computer that is why I am having a really hard time keeping up with my classes. We have been having bad weather and I do not want to have to drive to the school.
