The icons for my canvas classes are blinking and I cannot get into my classes. What can I do?

There are some things you can try...
- Make sure that your browser is up-to-date. Check What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products? for more information on that. I like to suggest either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as your browser of choice...as I think you'll find that navigating around Canvas will be much better.
- Clear your browsing history/cache files. Then, close your browser and re-start it. Log back in to Canvas to see if anything has changed.
- Connect with Virginia's Community College's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education department. They may have some troubleshooting tips/tricks for you to try.
- Reach out to the Canvas Support team. You can contact them by checking out this Guide: How do I get help with Canvas as a student?
