cannot see all of my student's courses in my observer acct

There are two of my daughter's classes that do not show up when I go into my observer account.  When I go to "all courses" these two are listed but are gray.  How can I pull them in?

When courses are grey in the "All Courses" listing, that indicates that the courses have not been published by the instructor, and are not available to students (or their observers).
