Unfortunately, your question is not something that members of the global Instructure Community here are going to be able to answer. The community is made up of Canvas users from around the world, so you'll find answers about a lot of Canvas functionality, but questions about an access code are going to have to be answered by your teacher, your school/institution Canvas team, or Honorlock. I know this probably isn't what you wanted to hear, as it sounds like you've been having a lot of difficulty getting someone to answer for you, but I wanted to let you know you're on the right path with asking those people.
