Hello there, @StevenFedorowic ...
Are you using a paid Canvas environment through your school, or are you using the Free For Teacher (FFT) version of Canvas? A paid environment will have a URL that looks similar to this:
https://SchoolName.instructure.com where SchoolName is the name of your school/institution.
The FFT version of Canvas will have a URL that looks like this:
https://canvas.instructure.com
If you are on a paid school account, you would need to reach out to your school's Canvas administrator and/or Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education team. They would be the best ones to help in you in this matter.
I'll reach out to one of the Community Managers to alert her of your request...just in case you are using the FFT version of Canvas.
