enrolling problem

I am unable to see my classes on canvas because it won't let me enroll for the canvas instruction modules. It says i need a certification of completion but it says error when i try to enroll.

Hi @LidiaLongobardi,
I found this question while doing a cleanup of the community. I know the response is late, but for you or anyone else who may find this thread in the future, this kind of issue would really need to be handled by your local school/institution. Canvas itself really can't require a certificate of completion, so likely that requirement is coming from another system at your school. If you contact your local registration office, they should be able to give you some guidance on what you need to do.
