gradebook sync

I have gone through all of the steps to sync my gradebook to Infinite Campus but I am still unable to sync. I  am unsure what is the problem.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble syncing. Are these the steps you are following? 

How do I sync my course gradebook from Canvas to Infinite Campus SIS? 

Which part is going wrong and what is happening? Make sure you are meeting the requirements noted in the blue introduction at the top. This guide may help:

You might also need to check with an Admin at your institution.
