I am attempting to import a QTI publisher file into Canvas as a testbank. During the import step it asks for either the Default Testbank and then shows a drop-down with existing testbanks, or it asks for a new testbank name. Neither of these options work. Canvas makes up it's own name.
I wanted to combine multiple separate QTI testbank files by uploading into a single testbank but, so far, Canvas is not playing ball.

It’s been a while since we’ve heard from you. We hope you are doing well and that you’ve found an answer to your question!
The Community Team acknowledges that this thread does not have a proper answer. I think this is likely something you'd need to contact Canvas Support to troubleshoot, as it's not the normal behavior I'm used to seeing when QTI files are imported. However, we are marking this post as a temporary solution to help Community Members find and respond to the newest and most active threads.
At any time, any Community member can click the “Not the Solution” option and then respond in-thread with your follow-up questions. It’s important to include @CommunityForums in that reply so we can restore the entire topic to our list of unanswered questions we check routinely.

I am importing QTI files into Canvas from McGraw Hill. I want them to go into my test banks. I gave a new test bank name for each file, and Canvas has each file listed as completed, but there is nothing when I look in Quizzes or Manage Test Banks in Canvas.
I have seen this question over and over on the internet without a step-by-step solution. Can you please help?
