media saving issues

hello, every time i record a media for my class and click save, it does not upload to my mac-book.  I have followed the instructions and have no resolution.

Are you a student or an instructor?  Can you please describe the steps you are taking to record media for your course?  If you are recording directly in Canvas, it does not save to your computer's hard drive.  It would save within Canvas (online).  So, if you can provide some more details about your process, that would be helpful...thanks!
