recurring zoom meeting not showing up in Canvas

Hi all,

Wondering, Does anyone have issues with recurring Zoom meetings not showing up in Canvas including in the Upcoming events, Zoom page in Canvas etc? 

We have created a recurring meeting throughout the semester, in some occasions, the Zoom meeting does not show in some weeks etc.

Hello @Chinglee 

I have not heard of this issue before. It does sound a bit strange as recurring meetings should auto populate when created. When you setup the recurring meetings, are you setting them up with the proper amount of occurrences? I know sometimes you have to tell it exactly how many occurence you wish to have it setup automatically.  if it is not created with the proper amount of occurences, it will only create a select few of the meetings.

Thank you for your reply. I set it up using the date rather than the number of occurrences i.e., from 29/4/22 to 27/5/22.
