sharing quizzes

I have recently shared several quizzes with another teacher in my district. The quizzes were classic and new. However, when the teacher opens the quiz, all she sees is the title and not the questions. We have shared before and this was not an issue. Any advice?

Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. How did you share the quiz exactly? Exported and  them imported or you added the teacher to your course and they copied it over themselves? There is a good likelihood that the question banks weren't brought over with them if they appear but completely empty. Depending on how you shared the quizzes, it will determine how to get them the questions themselves. If the teacher was added to the course have them follow these steps:

First go to the homepage, on the right - import existing content, copy a canvas course, select specific content, import. Then, click awaiting selection and ONLY check the "question banks" option. If that doesn't work, then you may want to contact Canvas Support directly and they can take a look at the course, quizzes, etc.

Hi, Greydon. 

A teacher at my school is experiencing the same issue as @AngelaGray. The quizzes being shared do not include question banks or item banks. Even though the questions are written directly into the quiz, they still don't seem to transfer with the quiz. We have tried sharing in various ways (Commons, copy to, share, etc.), and no method seems to work. Do you have any ideas?
