Hi,
I am an instructor and there are some files we need to submit on behalf of our students for their assignments.
Wandering if there's an easier way to upload on their behalf other than going one by one to the student's name, act as student, look for the module and upload it?
we have plenty of students and the current way i am doing it takes so much time.
Also, I am currently seeing "marks" and not "grades" on the admin option. is there a difference between the two?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Yes, it's possible to submit on behalf of a student. Your Canvas Admin will need to enable this feature. Please watch the following screencast: the first part covers how to enable the feature, and the second part explains how to 'submit for student

I do not think there is a real difference between "Marks" and "Grades". From what I've gathered over the years here in the Community, some schools/universities in other countries use the term "Marks" where others use the term "Grades".
