How do I create different Tabs within the syllabus home page?

Thanks for posting this in the global Canvas Community! 

There is not a way to add different tabs within the syllabus page in Canvas. You might be able to do this with custom HTMl. However, I am not an expert in that area and I would not be able to provide any insight on how to do that, unfortunately.
