syncing grades

when I sync my grades from canvas to Infinite campus, the only thing that transfers over are the names of the assignments and not the grades....please let me know what I am doing wrong.

Thank you for contacting the Canvas Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with syncing grades to  Infinite Campus. As long as the groups and  categories have been synced, and there are  actual points here - it should sync the grades  over.
