Hello,

My Canvas is not loading. I am not able to access my classes or the materials loaded into Canvas. Can you help me?

Hi @stempleton10 I'm sorry to hear that Canvas isn't loading for you.

I've been seeing similar questions recently here in the Community.  What we've been recommending is the following:

• Check to ensure you are using an up-to-date web browser.  Google Chrome and/or Mozilla Firefox are good options.
  • What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?
• Try clearing your browser history/cache.
  • How do I clear my browser cache on a Mac?
  • How do I clear my browser cache on a PC?
• Contact your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Learning department to see if they have any suggestions for you.
• Contact the Canvas Support team.  How do I contact Canvas Support? - Instructure Community

Hopefully there will be some things here that will help.

In addition to the information you received from @nathanatkinson, I navigated around the St. Louis Community College website, and I was able to find this page of information:

Online Education (stlcc.edu)

Check near the bottom of that page for information on Canvas and also the IT Help Desk at your school.  They may be able to assist you with getting access to your course(s) in Canvas.  Good luck!
