unable to receive reset password link

Hi i have been trying to send myself a password reset link but it each time i enter my email it never sends it. i have been trying for the last 3 hours but had no luck. 

please let me know how to get this fixed as i am unable to access any assignments.

For an issue like this, please reach out to your school's IT Help Desk.  Someone there should be able to help you.

Also, I requested that one of the Community Managers remove your e-mail address from your above posting.  This is so that you don't receive lots of spam junk mail in your Inbox.

What if it is a free account? I am a teacher, and I can't receive the email, and neither can some of my students.

Hi! The trick with the Forgot Password link is to double-click it. I have heard it works, even after the single-click request does not. Let us know if you have success!
