Have a Canvas site running from 2018 and we are missing a page that was mostly likely deleted in cleanup. When I go to the restore/undelete queue it only shows deleted material from 2018-2022. Is there a time period, or a refresh that I need to do to see the most recent deletes?
Solved! Go to Solution.
I've read somewhere that it may only show a certain number of items, and if you undelete some, other items may show up.
So maybe try undeleting some items (make note of what they are to delete them again later), and see if the item you're looking for shows up
Sorry, I meant to "undelete" them, that is, to restore them to the main course (the button is restore).
So, if you already have 25 "WikiPages" in the undelete page and none of them is the WikiPage you are looking for, you need to restore some of them to the main course until the one you are looking for shows up. Then restore that one, and you can delete the ones you restored before if you want.

More specifically, seems it's 25 items of the same type. Since you are looking for a page, check if there are 25 page objects in the undelete page, and if so, delete some of them, and then check again, repeat until you find the page.
Note that pages can also be "lost" through renaming and editing them, and those can be recovered by looking at the edit history of each page, but figuring out which is the page may be difficult.
@Gabriel33 - how do you 'delete' from the undelete page?
