undelete survey

Hi, I accidentally deleted a survey from my canvas course, which students had already filled out.

I tried undeleting it according to this

but the item i need does not appear

It says to contact support if this doesnt work, but i cant find any way to contact support - just submit a question to the community.

Any assistance will be appreciated

Here's the information on how to contact Canvas Support -- How do I contact Canvas Support? 

Depending on when students completed the survey, there's a chance that the information you need was saved in your Beta instance. How do I access the Canvas beta environment as an instructor? 

I hope you're able to recover the information you need!
