why can't I open canvas

I can only open canvas when I go through GISD ready hub

Thank you for posting on the Instructure Community.
You would need to reach out to your school's Canvas Admin for more information, as we don't have access to your Canvas Instance. The GISD Ready Hub is not something that all Canvas accounts use, that seems to be something particular to your school.
