Cannot Access Recorded Lectures Due to Canvas-Zoom Account Binding Issue

My Zoom account appears to be incorrectly bound to the Canvas system, which is preventing me from viewing course recordings. I have already verified that the recordings exist and are available, but I consistently encounter an error when trying to access them.

In addition to what @dbrace asked you, I am not sure if this will help or not, but when in Canvas, if you go to your "Account" >> "Settings" page, there is a section on that page called "Approved Integrations". Is there any kind of row for Zoom listed in that section? If so, do you have a trash can icon on the right side of the table of approved integrations that you could remove it? I do agree with Doug, though, that your e-mail address in Canvas does need to match your Zoom account e-mail address, so that is something to definitely check.
