Canvas Studio is a paid add-on product from Instructure. It is not something that all Canvas customers get "out of the box". If your school has purchased Studio, you would see a "Studio" icon on the left-hand global navigation menu of your Canvas environment ... as illustrated in this Guide:

You would need to reach out to Barry University's Distance Learning / eLearning department to see if purchasing Canvas Studio from Instructure would be an option for your school. I found these pages on Barry University's website that might help:
