Captioning Services

The settings for my Studio Integration does not include a tab for "captioning services." This tab is necessary to integrate my captioning vendor. How do I get it enabled?

I see that you had originally posted your question to the Canvas Catalog group here in the Community, but since you are asking about Canvas Studio functionality, I moved it over to the Canvas Studio area here in the Community.  I hope that is ok with you.

To answer your question, you'll need to take a look at these Guides:

As you can see, the professional captioning services are only available if you contract with Verbit or Cielo24.  You'd need to talk with your school's Canvas administrator to see if they have contracted with either of these services...and if not, if it would be a possibility to do so in the near future.
