In the past I just clicked on the video and it loaded. Now I click on it, and the box just goes white.

I'd suggest reporting this to Canvas Support so they can log the issue and have their software engineers look further into this. Please keep us posted...thanks!

Definitely try clearing your browsing data. I helped a faculty member with this yesterday and clearing the safari browsing data worked right away. Similar issues solved on Chrome.
