Move YouTube/Vimeo links from Studio to Panopto

We are looking to sunset Canvas Studio in favor of Panopto. As part of this transition, we are hoping to move all of our users' Studio content from Studio into Panopto for them. However, Panopto doesn't let you add a link to a YouTube or Vimeo video in the same way that Studio does. Has anyone done this before? I am curious as to what would happen to the YouTube/Vimeo links, and how we could get around this from an administrative perspective.

Panopto does allow you to 'splice' (for lack of a better word) a YouTube video into an existing video, but we have too many Vimeo/YouTube links in our Studio instance to accommodate this for our users (unless someone knows of a way to automate this??)
