I put in a ticket for IT because of two issues- one (that you have already helped me with) is that I can not open the screen capture within Studio when using Chrome. You suggested using Firefox, which does work. However, the tech person said that when she "impersonated" me in the account, she got a pop up that said that Studio needed to be updated, she said that she could not update it for me but I do not get that pop up no matter which browser I use!
Second issue is that when I upload a test bank (from OpenStax), it shows up in my FILES section on Canvas but I can not acess it any other place- I can't see it when I try to "manage question banks" or build a quiz- IT thinks it is an issue with the type of file but no one has been able to resolve it for me- ugh!
