How do I view details for change events in an instance in Elevate Data Hub?

You can view details for individual events in Elevate Data Hub. Event details includes the JSON response, which may be helpful in troubleshooting any problems or errors in a job.

If you cannot access the areas shown in this article, or complete all the steps, you may not have the necessary permissions.

Open Instance

Click the name of the instance.

Open Events

Open Events

In the Instance Navigation menu, click the Events link.

Locate Record

In the Events table, locate the record you want to view, and click the Eye icon.

View Event Details

The Event Details page displays additional information for the data.

Event Details includes the JSON response for the event. You may need to scroll to view the full JSON results.

Select Outgoing Data Stream

If you are examining incoming data, you may be able to view the outgoing data stream result in a side-by-side display. To select an outgoing stream, select an option from the Select Outgoing Stream drop-down menu [1], then click the View Events button [2].

View Outgoing Data Changes

The outgoing data results display next to the incoming data details. Changes to the data are indicated by a highlighted line in the JSON results [1].

If the outgoing data triggered a status, the status displays above the JSON results [2]. Event Detail Status may display errors indicating unique ID or descriptor mismatch, or the data may have been flagged to not report. If no errors were triggered in the event, the status displays a success message and icon.
