Ready to get Impact up and running in your Ultra staging environment?
Review the configuration steps in this guide:
Follow these steps to complete your set-up:
- Plan for staging migration
- Raise a ticket with us by informing the support team that you are planning to migrate. Our support team will send you the setup instructions along with all the parameters to set in your LMS.
- Once you complete the setup, please inform the support team so they can finalize your configuration. You can do this by commenting on your original ticket OR submitting a new ticket.
- Once support makes the required changes in the backend, it is time to get your In-Line editor working in your new Ultra environment. This involves a few extra steps. You will need to connect to staging and disconnect to connect to production. Watch a video of this process here! Your staging environment is now successfully configured!
- Once you decide to migrate your Production instance you will need to follow the same setup instructions along with the parameters mentioned for production in the original email from support and inform support once this is done to make the final configurations in the backend.
