Since implementing Eesysoft on our Blackboard Ultra service, we've had a lot of feedback asking for it to be easier to make pop-ups go away and stay away. I've observed that many users have been clicking on the 'do not show again' tick box, then clicking away from the pop-up to make it close, rather than using the 'X'. This means that the pop-up comes back again, much to their annoyance and they don't understand why
