FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How much are tickets and do you have a family pass?

Early Bird rate is $595 until March 31st.  April 1st starts the full conference rate of $695.  We are not offering a family pass but we do have a Guest pass available.  The Guest pass is $395 and will include all meal functions.  The Guest pass does not include swag.  We are not offering individual reception passes this year so please get your tickets ahead of time!

What can my family do there and will there be places for them to eat?

What is the best way to get from the airport and how long is the ride?

We have negotiated the best rates with CME transportation for shared rides to and from the airport.  Follow the link here to reserve your spot!  Each van is equipped with wifi and comfy seating.  The ride is about an hour and forty minutes but it will go by in no time with the beautiful scenery and great company!

Does Keystone have single rooms if we don’t want to share?

There are multiple options for rooms this year!  Keystone has many multi-bedroom units but also has studio and one bedroom units available as well.  If you have any trouble finding something please call the reservations number ( 855-441-2177 ) and they will be able to help!

How do we do the sharing concept and how do we split the bill?

Keystone has made it very easy for us to utilize this sharing concept and help save on costs!  Its super easy so just follow these steps:  Pick a village and housing unit (2-4 bedroom) in which you want to stay (use this guide and form to help).  Fill out the form for all people staying in the condo that will need to split the bill.  Submit the form and Keystone will take care of the rest!  If you have any questions please call the reservations number ( 855-441-2177 ) and they will take care of everything.

What is your refund policy this year?

Pre-Conference Refunds:

Due to the limited seats available for the pre-conference workshops, refunds will not be issued. Name replacements will be accommodated until June 1, 2016. After that date, no name changes will be allowed.

Full Conference Refunds:

No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows after June 1, 2016. Full conference cancellation requests should be sent to instructurecon@instructure.com.

Payment Policy:

Attendees will be required to settle all outstanding balances before the event begins. Checks can be made payable to Instructure, Inc. Your conference registration includes access to all general sessions, meals, and receptions.
