With the popularity of the game over the weekend, who's planning on hunting pokemon around the Keystone Resort next week?

I met so many fantastic people through this game at Instructurecon.  How many of my fellow Instructrecon attendees are keeping up with their Pokemon catching?  Any interesting finds?  What level are you?

I've caught them all -- or at least all that are in the game so far.  But then again, I bent the system to my will.

I can understand that.  I've started using a radar tool (during this morning's walk), but enjoying the exercise gamification too much to do the GPS tricks

I have periods of intense interest, usually when I am on central campus or the U-M medical campus, where there are tons of Pokestops. 

Around my office, a block from the Big House, there are only two stops and not a lot of rare sightings. There are actually a number of Pokestops inside Michigan Stadium, but it's only open to the public during events, so it's not exactly a lunch hour walk.

So I haven't actually opened it for a couple of days. I just hit Level 14 a couple days ago by doing the start-a-lucky-egg-spend-half-an-hour-evolving-a-bunch-of-your-creatures thing. I also try to remember to open it when I know I will be walking for a bit, to try to hatch some of the found eggs. 

But most of mine are still too weak to take on anything at the gyms around here, so I haven't really battled yet. I have, like, a zillion potions and a dozen Pokeballs.

Very cool.  I recently hit level 27 doing very similar things.  Yesterday my son and I went to a beach on Lake Michigan that was loaded with Pokemon and stops.  One place on the beach had well over 100 people playing and 5-6 critters spawned at all times.  Pretty neat.
