If you're thinking of attending yoga, keep this in mind:

• The Lakeside Gazebo is open air, and it is still cold at 6 am, so dress accordingly
• Mats are not provided
• Because of the absence of mats, it is a "standing" practice
• "Standing" yoga still requires the practititioners to place their hands on the ground, frequently
• The ground is concrete, and it is considerably colder than the air

Also, even though the shuttle schedule doesn't start until 6 am, you can call 970-496-4200 to arrange a shuttle pickup if you need one.

It is very peaceful, worth the effort to get out and get moving.  The cool air is refreshing.
