Description
The University of Cincinnati Online has recently made the switch to using a CRM, Salesforce, to help our Instruction Team manage and track the work we do across 10 colleges in Canvas. The transition to using Salesforce has allowed for better work tracking, more efficiencies, cross-functional collaboration, and greater data reporting with key external and internal partners across the university. We will discuss our journey from tracking course builds and designs on a whiteboard to now using a CRM that allows for automation, communication, and other efficiencies allowing for more time focusing on designing and building quality online Canvas courses.
