Known Issues

About Known Issues
This page displays the top known issues for all Instructure products as reported by our support teams.
Use the Labels sidebar to sort by product, feature, status, or most recently modified articles. Each article reflects a known issue and its current status:
Open: Engineers are currently investigating the issue.
Completed: Engineering has resolved the issue.
Pending: A solution is being tested in a beta environment.
Declined: A known issue was declined for a reason, check the known issue for further information.

If you are experiencing behavior described in a Completed known issue, please submit a ticket to Canvas Support using your institution's escalation process. This allows Canvas Support to adequately gauge the overall customer impact and prioritize appropriately.
