Printing or downloading

I have created a test using the test bank.  It has a lot of questions, but I would like to print it and look through all of the questions.  I do notnhave a print or download option when i open my test. Have I misclicked something?  My test does include some Tech enhanced questions.  I used the sol bank in MT.  Thanks for any help you can give.

Hi Emily,

Most likely, the Technology-Enhanced Items (TEIs) on the test can only be taken on-line. Tech-Enhanced Items often require the student to interact with objects; such as rearranging lists, moving objects, etc. As these Item Types do not lend themselves to be delivered via paper / pencil testing, no print option will display for the Assessment.

Ongoing help is always available from your Mastery Connect User Account > click on the Question Mark in the upper right > click on “Submit a support request”.

• Standard - basic items that can be delivered online or printed
• Simple Technology Enhanced - TEIs that require simple interactions; some can be printed
• Advanced Technology Enhanced - TEIs with more complex interactions

Items can also be:

• Printable - Items can be printed.
• GradeCam compatible - Items can be scored using GradeCam.
• Automatically scored - Items are automatically scored when a student finishes taking the assessment.
• Manually scored - Items must be graded in the Performance Grader according to a rubric.

Good news, @EmilyVann!

All assessments are now printable, so you should no longer see any assessments without a Print icon, even if they contain TEIs. Some TEIs are still not printable, but the printout will print a message saying the item is not supported for printing. You can learn more in: How do I print an assessment?
