My colleagues and I have recently noticed that new quizzes can no longer be added to mastery paths. They simply aren't visible in the list (neither when clicking "quizzes", nor in "all items"). There is no issue whatsoever for classic quizzes. Take the following image for example: this course has over 50 new quizzes, yet only the 6 classic quizzes are visible.

Even worse, some of the mastery paths that had been created using new quizzes have stopped working properly. When viewed by the instructor, the mastery path looks okay in the module structure, but as soon as we switch to "student view", the path disappears and any "locked until graded" quizzes are directly visible (and accessible) underneath the quiz that contains the mastery path settings. In some cases, we do see a "locked until quiz is graded" and the same quiz readily available at the same time.

When we look at the mastery paths in the quiz, the new quizzes are there, but the icon has somehow changed to that of an assignment?
What should we do? This question is urgent, as the courses are ongoing and students are getting confused about how they are supposed to go through these extra tests in the modules.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Update: now we are having similar problems with classic quizzes! 😫
We reworked our new quizzes to classic ones (since we cannot simply do nothing until this is somehow solved, our students are going through this course right now), and added those to the mastery paths. All seems well as long as you stay in instructor view.
As soon as you go to student view, however, the classic quizzes in the mastery path are simply visible and accessible, but with a little bar at the top that says "locked until graded" (They aren't locked, we checked). In addition, the quizzes get the same coloured rocket icon as new quizzes.
Can anyone please help us to get this fixed?
Disappointed to see this is still an issue.
