Update on Text(no question) question type? April 2023

Hello,

I am posting here to confirm whether it is still (in April 2023) *not* possible to have a "question type" in New Quizzes that is just text (in other words, the equivalent of the Classic Quiz question type "Text (no question)")? My understanding is that when you put in a "Stimulus" (text or image), it will not display unless a question is attached to the stimulus. Is that still the case?

But the last comment about it was April 2022. It seems unbelievable to me that this has not been addressed since then.
